HOW DO I CONFIRM / SECURE MY BOOKING?
- After a quick chat on the phone we will send you an email with you invoice and log in details for our planning portal
- We require a $50 deposit to secure your booking (due with-in 14 day of confirming)
WHEN IS FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
- Payment can be made via EFT - Paypal - Cash
- A $50 deposit is required within 2 weeks of confirming you booking.
- We prefer the remaining balance paid no later than 5 days prior to your event (or pre arranged cash on the night)
HOW DO I TELL YOU MY SONG REQUESTS AND OTHER DETAILS?
- Weddings Sounds has an amazing online planning portal. This allows you to listen to + request songs from our Database of over 50,000 tracks. It also suggests popular / traditional songs for special moments.
- Our portal also allows you give us information like names, speech orders, special activities and timings at you convenience.
- We speak a number of times in the lead up to you big day just to make sure you we understand your vision.
DO I MEET MY WEDDING SOUNDS ENTERTAINER?
- You have constant phone + email access with our entertainment manager.
- For a DJ + MC/DJ bookings, your entertainer will finalise details with you in the month leading up to the big day. You are welcome to phone + email us as often as you like.
- Your DJ and other staff will contact you the week leading up to your wedding for a final confirmations.
- You will feel confident that your wedding is in professional hands.
